Walt Whitman is Still Alive October 10, 2005!

Should I be surprised that the the long thought, dead father of modern poetry still lives? Rumaging through GOOGLE I find an address and phone number. Dare I call? Will I be the millionth lover of verse to call with a prepostrous request?
