Spring Break Northwest Florida Style!

The roads through Defuniak Springs are clogged with those people beach bound. Meanwhile in the in-between, spring is springing. At our house the sounds od hammering, nailing, sawing reverberate through the neighborhood. We have returned to our thirty plus year remodeling project, more out of necessity to stem the march of time through the the bones of the "this old house". We planned on reinstalling a french door replacing some sheathing, housewrapping the whole thing ready for new siding, but we ended up replacing thirty plus feet of sill and our two day project has consumed four days so far. In the process we have discovered the skeletal remains of three cats, one of which SEN is certain one is our beloved "Tuxs", short for Tuxedo.

"Uncle" Craig doing is usual best to help out.
